This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and can effectively manage tight deadlines. Flexibility is essential, as the role may involve working evenings, weekends, or night shifts depending on customer project timelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and consistently adhere to safe work practices. Experience reading site drawings, rigging equipment, or understanding soil conditions is considered an asset. In addition, this role includes responsibility for supporting quoting activities and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow up and retention efforts, particularly during slower business periods. This role may also require travel and extended periods working out of town based on project needs. Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, with confidence presenting to large groups
  • Post secondary education or technical training, preferably aligned with construction, engineering, or sales
  • Experience within construction and or shoring environments
  • Strong understanding of construction phases, job site conditions, and project timing to effectively support customers
  • Knowledge of rental equipment and fleet operations
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to assess site specific challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers and site supervisors
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract

Nice To Haves

  • Experience reading site drawings, rigging equipment, or understanding soil conditions
  • Certifications in Ground Disturbance, Excavation Safety, and Crane and Rigging

Responsibilities

  • Assist with and supervise the installation of trench shoring products
  • Deliver training sessions related to trench shoring systems
  • Coordinate projects including planning with customers, arranging engineering support, and managing equipment preparation and delivery
  • Ensure all equipment meets OEM rental readiness standards
  • Advise customers on the most effective methods for installation and assembly of trench shoring systems
  • Support customer inquiries via phone and email, including preparing quotes as needed
  • Maintain ongoing customer communication, including follow up and relationship management during slower periods to support retention
