About The Position
Joshua Tree Experts, a leading tree care provider in Dallas, is looking for an experienced Tree Climber / Arboricultural Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for tree pruning, removals, and preservation. The Tree Climber will be part of a 2- to 4-person crew and will be responsible for safe execution of tasks, equipment maintenance, and communication within the team, with clients, and the community.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional tree climbing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of aerial lift operations, rigging, and safe tree care practices.
- Valid Driver's License required.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Forestry, Horticulture, or related field.
- ISA Certified Arborist credential.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform tree removals, structural pruning, and preservation techniques.
- Collaborate with the Crew Leader, direct Ground Operations Specialists, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Represent Joshua Tree Experts professionally on job sites, providing friendly and responsive customer service.
- Maintain assigned tools, climbing gear, vehicles, and operate aerial lifts safely.
