Treatment Support Technician - Moffett House
About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at Moffett House, our halfway house program in Beaver Falls, PA. This full-time role involves supporting clients through overnight programming and activities, monitoring their safety, behavior, and daily living needs, and acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff. The position requires assisting with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation, as well as supporting residents during crises (with training and supervision) and transporting clients to meetings or appointments. The role emphasizes supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism in a structured environment. Frequent supervision, guidance, and training are provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery required.
