About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician at their inpatient program in Aliquippa, PA. This role is for individuals seeking a meaningful full-time job where they can make a difference and stay busy. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The Treatment Support Technician will be a key part of the treatment team, helping to maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment for residents. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
- Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
- Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
