Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at Moffett House, our halfway house program in Beaver Falls, PA — and we’re offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus! You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’re never just be “watching the clock.”
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
- Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
- Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
- You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.
