About The Position

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient location in Mount Pleasant, PA location — and we're offering a $1,000 sign on bonus! This position works the 3pm-11pm shift. If you like to thrive in a structured environment, and want work that matters, this role delivers! You’ll be a key part of the treatment team — helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’re never just be “watching the clock.”
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
- Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
- Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
