About The Position

Treatment Coordinators manage patients through the full care cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. They communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from their first appointment through their last to support a healthy smile. Gentle Dental is seeking teammates who care, listen, and are motivated to help patients and communities. This full-time position is located at Gentle Dental Hayward in Hayward, California. The pay range is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• QSI or Denticon experience.
• Bilingual ability.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
