Gentle Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated full-time Treatment Coordinator to join its North Eugene team in Eugene, Oregon. The role helps patients understand recommended dental treatment, navigate financial options, and feel confident moving forward with care. Requirements

• 1–2 years of front office experience in a dental or medical setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office.
• Comfort discussing treatment costs, insurance, and financial arrangements.
• Computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• QSI or Denticon experience.
• Previous experience presenting dental treatment plans.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through recommended treatment plans by explaining procedures, costs, and financial options.
• Help patients understand insurance benefits, payment arrangements, and available financing options.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and address questions or concerns about treatment.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and front office staff to support a seamless patient experience.
• Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and help them take the next steps toward better oral health.
• Support office goals through excellent communication, organization, and patient service.
