About The Position

Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, explain treatment plans, arrange payment options, and build strong patient relationships. The role also supports patient scheduling and preparation, coordination of specialist referrals, and local marketing and community events. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, explain the proposed treatment to patients, and address objections.
• Explain the practice’s financial policies and educate patients about payment options.
• Review pending reports and follow up with prospective patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to schedule consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists for care needed before treatment.
• Assist with local store marketing and community events.
