You help patients understand their treatment plans, navigate financial options, and feel comfortable taking the next step in their care. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dental treatment coordinator role required
  • Experience with Cleardent and Max Assist required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence with predeterminations, discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A compassionate, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported

Responsibilities

  • Presenting treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately
  • Coordinating patient appointments and ongoing treatment schedules
  • Discussing financial arrangements and payment options
  • Answering patient questions and providing education around treatment recommendations
  • Following up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment
  • Maintaining accurate and organized patient records
  • Collaborating closely with practitioners and the front office team
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every interaction
