Nice To Haves

Previous dental office experience preferred
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Dental Assistant is a plus
Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options
Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients
Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options
Coordinating treatment schedules and maintaining production goals
Following up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients
Supporting communication between clinical and front office teams
Creating a warm, positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
