About The Position
Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while supporting multiple orthodontic teams. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates for this travel-based opportunity.
Requirements
- Prior orthodontic/TCC experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a multi-location travel role
- Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Ability to educate patients confidently on treatment and financing options
Responsibilities
- Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans and financial options
- Build strong relationships with patients and help guide them through treatment acceptance
- Coordinate scheduling and patient follow-up
- Support multiple orthodontic offices/providers as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
- Collaborate closely with doctors and office teams to help drive practice success
