About The Position

Nuvia Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for its West Bloomfield, Michigan center. The role focuses on helping prospective patients move forward with cosmetic dental treatment by building trust, understanding patients’ goals and motivations, and addressing barriers to treatment. Coordinators meet with 3–6 warm leads per day, present patient information to clinic doctors to determine a diagnosis, help patients apply for financing, collect payments, and hand patients off to the administrative team for scheduling. The position includes paid training, weekly sales training meetings, sales meetings, and daily sales huddles. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential extra hours to secure a sale. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary and a premium commission structure, with no commission cap; the posting states that top representatives make $100,000.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM systems preferred.
B2C sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
