About The Position

The team at Johnstone Perodontics is looking for a passionate, hard-working Treatment Coordinator on a full-time hybrid basis. The ideal Treatment Coordinator will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. This role involves interacting with patients to build loyalty with the dental practice and promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist-approved treatment plan.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such Optimicro Dentalware is considered an asset
