About The Position

Fidelity’s treasury services department provides businesses with tools to improve cash flow, streamline investment activities, minimize fraud, and provide information reporting. Treasury services team members take a problem-solving approach to identifying ways Fidelity can help customers increase efficiency and maximize returns on cash. The Treasury Management Officer identifies opportunities and assists with marketing and selling treasury management products, participates in business development to grow a portfolio, prepares and presents proposals to prospective customers, accompanies lenders on sales presentations, and communicates with customers and staff to provide support and resolve customer issues. Occasional road and/or air travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; may be waived in lieu of experience.
• At least five years of commercial financial services experience, preferably with a proven track record selling financial products.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Occasional road and/or air travel.
