About The Position

Fidelity’s treasury services department provides businesses with tools to improve cash flow, streamline investment activities, minimize fraud, and provide information reporting. Treasury services team members use a problem-solving mindset to consider how Fidelity can help customers increase efficiency and maximize returns on cash.

The Treasury Management Officer identifies opportunities and assists with marketing and selling treasury management products, participates in outside business development activities, and drives portfolio growth. The role also prepares and presents proposals to prospects, accompanies lenders on sales presentations, and communicates with customers and staff to provide support and resolve customer issues. Occasional road and/or air travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, which may be waived in lieu of experience.
• A minimum of five years of commercial financial services experience.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Occasional road and/or air travel.
