About The Position

Rosedale Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to develop and deepen business-client relationships, drive core deposit growth, and expand the use of Treasury Management services. The role serves existing and prospective business clients as a trusted resource, learning about their businesses and connecting them with relevant Treasury Management and banking solutions. It works collaboratively with commercial lenders, retail bankers, and Operations across sales, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service. The position is based at the Perry Hall Corporate location and requires local travel within Maryland, with flexibility to accommodate client needs and attend occasional networking and community events outside normal business hours.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of banking experience, including experience working with business clients.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, market banking solutions, and identify business needs.
• Knowledge of payment risks, fraud prevention, and operational controls related to business banking and Treasury Management.
• Strong client service, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, business online banking platforms, and standard office technology.
• Sound judgment, including the ability to recognize and appropriately escalate operational or compliance risks.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to accommodate client needs and participate in networking and community events that may occur outside normal business hours.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends and flexibility during the week.
• Ability to work at other branch locations based on business need.
• Must be able to remain standing for long periods (50% of the time), occasionally move about the office, and bend to access the coin vault, ATM, and night drop.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Treasury Management, business banking, commercial banking, or related deposit-services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, deepen, and retain business banking relationships, focusing on Treasury Management services and core deposit growth.
• Partner with commercial lenders and retail bankers to identify opportunities with existing and prospective business clients.
• Generate new business through outreach, prospecting, networking, and community referral relationships.
• Develop client presentations and proposals, and recommend Treasury Management and other business banking solutions based on client needs.
• Support clients through onboarding, implementation, training, maintenance, and business online banking needs.
• Track sales and service activity in the Bank's CRM system and provide Treasury Management training to internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends and support the development and rollout of new Treasury Management offerings.
• Complete required client documentation and stay current on banking regulations, payment risks, operational controls, and fraud-prevention practices.
• Represent Rosedale Bank at networking and community events, including occasional events outside normal business hours.
