About The Position

The Treasury Management Officer identifies, analyzes, sells, and supports cash management products and services for established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. The role supports ConnectOne Bank’s People First focus by maintaining a professional demeanor, contributing as an active team member, and providing excellent client service.

The officer works with FIS and Deposit Operations to support and manage the product line, negotiates pricing to optimize profitability, manages client onboarding for sales and implementation, and supports existing cash management clients. The role also tracks business cash management clients and fee income and performs risk and cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements

• Strong interest in and ability to support a people-first approach.
• Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations.
• Subject matter expertise in business cash management products and services.
• Expert knowledge of cash management processes and services.
• 3–5 years of experience in cash management or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
