About The Position

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships while retaining and deepening existing customer relationships. The role develops sales opportunities and customer proposals, supports treasury management product pricing and structuring, and works with regional partners and relationship managers to identify and advance opportunities. The position is based in the office and may be located in Macon or Savannah, Georgia. Specific work arrangements are provided by the hiring team.

Requirements

Three or more years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience of four or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
CTP or another professional designation.

Responsibilities

Prospect for sales opportunities.
Price and structure products.
Prepare customer proposals.
Build internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive treasury management opportunities.
Cross-sell other bank products and stay current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements.
Proactively manage banker relationships through routine one-on-one meetings, relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling.
Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results; enter weekly data on time and monitor it for accuracy.
Assist with outbound calling initiatives, offer new solutions to clients, and help ensure Huntington is the customer’s primary banking relationship.
May mentor other Treasury Management colleagues.
Serve as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
