About The Position

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable, quality treasury management relationships while retaining and deepening existing customer relationships. The position may be located in Macon or Savannah, Georgia, and is classified as office workplace type. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Requirements

Three or more years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience of four or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
CTP or another professional designation.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop new profitable, quality treasury management relationships.
Retain and deepen existing customer relationships.
Prospect for business and conduct sales activities.
Price and structure products and prepare customer proposals.
Build internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive treasury management opportunities.
Cross-sell other bank products and stay current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements.
Proactively manage banker relationships, including routine one-on-ones, relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling.
Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results; enter weekly data in a timely manner and monitor it for accuracy.
Assist with outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions to clients and help make Huntington the customer’s primary banking relationship.
May mentor other Treasury Management colleagues.
Act as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
