About The Position

The Treasury Associate is part of the Finance and Treasury Team and is responsible for daily client funding tracking and requirements, third-party provider payments and refunds, and supporting reconciliation processes. The role works with banking partners, client-held accounts, internal teams, and clients to ensure transactions are properly funded, processed, and applied. The position also assists Accounting staff with ad hoc duties and projects.

Requirements

• Ability to oversee day-to-day cash transactions and bank balances.
• Knowledge of third-party payment processors.
• Experience with ACH and EFT bank transactions and processing.
• Ability to post relevant General Ledger entries related to cash and bank activity.
• Ability to reconcile supplementary reports for cash and bank transactions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous knowledge of medical claims processing is helpful.
• A BS in Accounting or a related degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client funding confirmation reports.
• Address cash funding requirements through Rising Medical’s banking partners and client-held accounts.
• Track and manage Rising Provider Payment accounts to support timely payments, funding transfers for third-party payments and Rising’s fees, and proper application of payments.
• Collaborate with the Partner and Provider Support team to manage the Provider Check Refund process regularly.
• Oversee voided and expired draft notifications and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Apply all transactions related to Ancillary Services.
• Apply all MSA Member Accounts.
• Interface with the Corporate Accounting team, Account Managers, and clients as needed.
• Assist Accounting staff with ad hoc duties and projects.
