Shift: between 6:00am- 10:00pm (must be flexible within these hours) Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automotive or Truck Mechanic. Our fully remote Call Center lets you put your Automotive knowledge to work in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment, offering the flexibility of working from home while keeping you closely connected to the industry you know and love.

Requirements

  • Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
  • 5+ year’s relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset)
  • Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset)
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Asset)
  • ASE certification or willing to obtain within established timeline set by ARI.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real‑world automotive mechanical experience.
  • Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands‑on experience.
  • Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document all savings realized.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed.
  • Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real‑world mechanical experience.
  • Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution‑focused under pressure.
  • Maintain a professional image, strong work ethic, and accountability in a fully remote environment.
