About The Position

SPAR is hiring experienced Remodel Senior Leads to oversee overnight retail remodel projects at major home improvement retailers throughout the Midwest and Northeast. The role combines travel, crew leadership, construction, and hands-on fixture installation. Hotel accommodations, a daily meal per diem, mileage reimbursement, and paid travel expenses, including approved tolls, are provided. The hourly rate is $25.00, with promotion to Senior Lead upon certification and a career path into District Operations Management. SPAR has partnered with major retailers for over 50 years, delivering remodels, new store setups, fixture installations, and merchandising services. Requirements

Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience.
Prior leadership or crew lead experience.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the year.
Comfortable working overnight shifts.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet.
Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach overnight remodel crews.
Install and reconfigure steel pallet racking and shelving systems.
Remove and replace damaged fixtures and displays.
Install store fixtures and signage.
Read blueprints and layouts.
Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress.
Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment.
