About The Position

The Traveling Retail Cleaning Technician, also referred to as a Floater, covers multiple retail store locations throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin, supporting vacation coverage, call-offs, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs. The role executes cleaning and floor-maintenance work at assigned stores, including maintenance of hard-surface floors and carpets, restroom and grout deep cleaning, waxing, buffing, spot cleaning, and extraction. The technician follows each location’s task list, customer requirements, and assigned schedule while working under limited supervision and alongside other building-maintenance team members.
