About The Position

Carlson is hiring dependable Floor Care Technicians to support retail operations at multiple locations throughout the Madison area. The company will try to match associates with locations suited to their commute and preferred work area when possible. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and can reliably report for very early morning shifts. Schedules depend on operational needs and may include weekends, holidays, and availability across a seven-day workweek. Assigned days, hours, and locations may change as business needs evolve; specific scheduling details will be discussed during hiring. The role is full-time and direct-hire, with paid training and year-round work. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply; bilingual English/Spanish skills are welcome but not required. Work is primarily indoors during early morning and other nontraditional hours. Duties include maintaining hard-surface floors and carpets, operating floor-care equipment, cleaning assigned areas, following safety procedures, and completing assigned tasks within scheduled hours. Employment is contingent upon applicable background and employment-verification requirements and successful pre-employment and random drug screenings. Associates must comply with Carlson's attendance, safety, and workplace policies. Carlson participates in E-Verify.
