About The Position
As a Traveling Director of Dining Services, you will provide operational leadership and support across multiple healthcare dining accounts within our region. This role is 100% travel and serves as a key resource for stabilizing accounts, elevating service standards, and ensuring consistent execution of our dining programs with Morrison Healthcare. You will help manage and guide on‑site teams, support client relationship management, and ensure that all food and service delivered across accounts meets our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Three to five years of foodservice management operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
Nice To Haves
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
