About The Position

Osborne is seeking an experienced, hands-on Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead fast-paced construction projects across the country, primarily in its electric vehicle infrastructure division. Projects are short-duration, high-volume, and may run concurrently across multiple sites. The Superintendent manages several crews and subcontractors at once, supervises work rather than self-performing trade work, and is responsible for site safety, quality, schedule, and client communication. The role requires a strong field presence and regular communication with the Project Manager. The position is home-based near a major airport anywhere in the continental United States, with travel to project sites nationwide. The typical schedule is two to three weeks on the road followed by planned time at home between rotations. Osborne coordinates flights and books hotels. This is a full-time, salaried role with a stated salary range of $80,000 to $115,000 per year, plus per diem and other benefits. Osborne is a Topeka, Kansas-based commercial general contractor with 50 years of building experience. The company specializes in design-build commercial construction, facilities maintenance, and EV infrastructure, and emphasizes integrity, dependability, quality, accountability, consistent execution, and long-term partnerships.
