Traveling Construction Superintendent

The Osborne Company•Denver, CO

About The Position

Osborne is seeking an experienced, hands-on Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead fast-paced construction projects across the country, primarily in its EV infrastructure division. This is not a traditional ground-up Superintendent role: projects are short-duration, high-volume, and may run simultaneously at multiple sites. The Superintendent manages several crews and subcontractors at once; the role supervises subcontracted work rather than self-performing trade work. Commercial construction experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates may also have production or multi-family residential, civil, utility, or telecom backgrounds. The position is home-based near a major airport anywhere in the continental United States, with travel to project sites nationwide. The typical travel rotation is two to three weeks on the road followed by time at home, planned in advance with the Project Manager. Osborne books flights and hotels. The role requires a strong field presence and frequent communication with the Project Manager while managing multiple moving parts across short-duration projects and meeting safety, quality, and schedule goals. Osborne is a Topeka, Kansas-based commercial general contractor specializing in design-build commercial construction, facilities maintenance, and EV infrastructure. The company describes its work as grounded in integrity, dependability, and quality, and its team as valuing accountability, consistent execution, and long-term partnerships. The role is full-time and salaried, with a stated annual salary range of $80,000 to $115,000 based on experience, plus per diem and other listed benefits. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no application deadline. Offers are contingent on post-conditional-offer background, drug-screen, driving-record, and physical-capacity checks, in accordance with applicable law. Reasonable accommodations are available in accordance with applicable law; Osborne participates in E-Verify.
