About The Position

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring registered nurses to provide in-home healthcare services to clients, including people who have served the country. The role offers one-on-one patient relationships and the opportunity to support clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. Travel nurses are assigned to locations based on client need in states where they are eligible to work; nurses cannot choose their assignment location. Current travel needs are focused on New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, and Nevada. Travelers work at least 40 hours per week, with overtime available when offered.

Nurses provide services in accordance with the applicable state Nurse Practice Act, agency policy, and accepted professional standards. They use nursing theory and the nursing process to provide care and communicate and document observations and assessments.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Licensed driver.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing services in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice.
• Use a comprehensive base of nursing theory and the nursing process to provide nursing services.
• Communicate and document observations and assessments.
• Travel to assignments based on client needs in states where the nurse is eligible to work.
