About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health’s mobile staffing solution, placing Registered Nurses in short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system. This PACU position is based at Trinity Health Livingston and may involve travel within a local region or nationally. RNs must be qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions. The assignment is listed as 13 weeks, starting ASAP, with a 4x10 day schedule. A gross weekly rate of $2,720 is offered only to nurses coming to Michigan from out of state who live more than 60 miles from the hospital; eligibility also requires not working in the same metropolitan area for more than 12 months.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Hold valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice or employment.
Have at least two years of recent clinical experience for specialties other than Med Surg, Tele, and PCU; PACU is included among the remaining specialties.
Obtain and maintain credentials required for the specialty area, such as ACLS or TNCC.
Obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.
