About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health’s mobile staffing solution. Travel Registered Nurses fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities. This role is for the Operating Room/Surgery specialty at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s in Westerville, Ohio, for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. The schedule is three 12-hour day shifts per week. The listed gross weekly rate is $2,340. FirstChoice nurses may work across the hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions, and should be prepared to float. Nurses are expected to practice within their license, knowledge, and experience; remain accountable for delegation and decisions; collaborate on quality and improvement; adapt to additional responsibilities and new ideas; and manage competing priorities while respecting cultural differences.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice or employment.
At least two years of recent clinical experience; the posting specifies this minimum for all specialties, including Surgical Services.
Maintain credentials required for the specialty area.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
