Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register, accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and make change.
• Scan and bag merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and quantity.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking shelves near the register.
• Assist customers with fuel pump operation and resolve minor issues.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate them as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks throughout the store as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
