About The Position

As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will provide exceptional customer service to customers. Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer, including counting and reconciling it at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, assist with product inquiries and locating items, and resolve minor customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness as needed.
• Stock shelves, front-face products, and ensure proper pricing and signage.
• Process fuel transactions and understand various fuel payment options.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales such as tobacco and alcohol, and loss prevention.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the travel plaza.
