About The Position
The Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service. The position requires flexibility in working various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, as well as weekends and holidays.
Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, providing product information as needed.
- Accurately operate a cash register and handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
- Scan and bag merchandise efficiently and carefully.
- Process fuel sales and understand different fuel types and payment options.
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and customer service counters clean and tidy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
