About The Position

As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will be the face of our convenient and friendly service, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and helpful customer service, answering questions and assisting with product location or general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness as needed.
• Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer, including counting and reconciling at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process fuel transactions and assist customers at the fuel pumps as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
• Assist with other duties as assigned by store management.
