About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate the cash register, scan items, and accurately and quickly process cash, credit/debit card, gift card, and other payments.
• Handle cash and maintain a balanced till, including making correct change.
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and store promotions.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales counter, checkout area, and surrounding store environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, age-restricted sales, and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operation of the travel plaza.
