About The Position

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a professional and compassionate full-time Travel Medical Assistant to facilitate medical consults at nursing home facilities on behalf of its medical team. The assistant supports providers in nursing homes using a tablet device and helps create a supportive environment for residents. The role involves coordinating with facility contacts, following an office-provided patient list, and traveling to facilities across different states as needed. The position is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and requires the candidate to currently reside in Arkansas.

The stated annual salary is $35,000, based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked. The employee is eligible for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond that average. The schedule is full-time, five days per week.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), board certified.
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations and respond appropriately.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Currently resides in the state of Arkansas.
• License to drive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the designated facility contact at each location.
• Follow a pre-established list from the office to ensure all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care.
• Perform additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring.
• Travel to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations.
