About The Position

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a professional and compassionate full-time Travel Medical Assistant to facilitate medical consultations in nursing home facilities on behalf of its medical team. The role involves assisting providers using a tablet device and creating a supportive environment for residents. Infinite Medical P.C. is part of a nationwide network of advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians delivering proactive care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, in partnership with MedElite Healthcare Management Group.

The position is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and requires travel to facilities in different states as needed. The schedule is five days per week. The stated annual salary is $35,000, based on an average of 38 patients seen per workday, with eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond that average.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA Board Certified).
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations and respond appropriately.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Currently reside in Arkansas.
• Have a license to drive.
• Able to meet the role's physical demands, including prolonged standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, frequent travel, and lifting or moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the designated facility contact at each location.
• Follow a pre-established list provided by the office to ensure all patients are seen and receive appropriate care.
• Perform additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring.
• Travel to facilities across different states as needed to support operations.
