Fugro conducts projects all over the world, and the Internal Travel Department is responsible for arranging all aspects of travel for offshore and land-based employees. The Travel Coordinator is responsible for the travel arrangements in their respective country/region and is an exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker, and problem solver. They ensure all arrangements are made in line with the company’s policies, while adhering to health and safety guidelines. They will work closely with Project Managers and Project Assistants, ensuring that travelers arrive at the destination with all relevant requirements from visas to transfers and accommodation. Also assists corporate travelers where required with inquiries regarding the online booking tool, comprehensive travel arrangements, or any other travel-related questions.
