Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
Assist clients with travel planning and destination recommendations based on their preferences
Organize and maintain detailed travel itineraries and reservation confirmations
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability
Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
Assist travelers with questions or itinerary adjustments when needed
Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
