About The Position

To strengthen our team in South Africa, we are looking for a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant. Immerse yourself in the world of luxury travel: As a Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group, an internationally leading lifestyle management company, you will serve a sophisticated premium clientele and design tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards. In this role, you will combine your expertise in travel with a keen sense for luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide.

Requirements

Excellent language skills in professional German and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)
Strong passion for everything related to travel, including gastronomy, events and culture
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
Flexibility to work 5 days per week between 06:00 and 22:00 SAST, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
The legal right to live and work in South Africa, without the need for visa sponsorship.
Relevant professional experience within the travel industry, along with hands-on experience in advising clients and booking travel arrangements, is essential.

Responsibilities

Advising our clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both German and English
Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
