About The Position

This is a fully immersive, on-the-ground clinical education role where you'll travel to healthcare facilities across the country and do what great nurse educators do best: meet learners where they are and guide them through the experiences that will shape their careers. As an Assistant Professor, Experiential Learning, you'll facilitate clinical instruction at our supervised on-ground focused education (SOFE) sites — working across Nightingale's Practical Nursing, Practical to Associate Degree Nursing, and Baccalaureate Nursing programs. This role requires 100% travel to clinical sites. While you'll generally be placed within your designated region, operational needs may occasionally take you beyond it. You'll work across all three semesters (spring, summer, fall — each 15 weeks), with at least 11 weeks per semester dedicated to clinical rotations. The remaining weeks support onboarding, certifications, and other faculty responsibilities.
