About The Position
The Travel Client Success Specialist helps clients throughout the vacation planning process, from the initial consultation through their return home. The role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences by assisting with vacation planning and reservations, researching travel options, answering questions, and providing ongoing support. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, training, access to leading travel suppliers, professional growth opportunities, and performance-based compensation of $35,000–$75,000 per year.
