About The Position
Travel Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Per Diem and Full-Time | $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Fox Trail Memory Care Join Fox Trail Memory Care, where our boutique-style homes and low resident-to-caregiver ratios support meaningful connections and personalized care for residents living with memory loss. We welcome candidates of all experience levels, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Schedule: Per diem and full-time opportunities available 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday - Friday Every other weekend rotation is required Position Overview: As a Travel Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will travel between three of our locations (Cresskill, Hillsdale East, and Hillsdale West) to provide high-quality, compassionate care. In this role, you will support residents by safely administering medications while working collaboratively within a structured, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a Certified Medication Aide Certificate
- Ability to travel between assigned locations (Cresskill, Hillsdale East and Hillsdale West)
- Basic English communication skills required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, company policy, and New Jersey state regulations
- Accurately document medication administration and related observations
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, healthcare providers, residents, and families
- Support residents with dignity and respect in a memory care setting
