About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking a motivated, results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at its travel center in De Beque, Colorado. The manager will lead the store team and implement business strategies that support sales, profitability, and a positive experience for customers and employees. The role includes overseeing store operations, inventory, customer service, staff development, merchandising initiatives, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks related to store management and customer service.

Responsibilities

Direct daily store operations and supervise staff.
