About The Position

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) for evening routes at apartment communities. The role pays $60 per night for a short shift, typically two to three hours, five nights per week. Trash Valets collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, helping keep apartment communities clean and operating smoothly. The work is performed independently outdoors in all weather conditions. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7 p.m. (approximately five to ten hours per week).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
• Smartphone.
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to walk stairs and remain active for one to two hours.
• Ability to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos using the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
