About The Position

Ally Waste is hiring part-time Trash Valets to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to community dumpsters. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions and helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Routes are scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically take 1–2 hours per night, for approximately 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $30–$40 per night. Current or upcoming routes may be available in the applicant’s area.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
• Smartphone.
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
• Ability to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos using the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and use the provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
