Trash Valet
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster. The role involves working independently outdoors, taking and uploading photos using the company app, and following safety guidelines while wearing provided personal protective equipment. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. and typically lasting 1–2 hours per night, for approximately 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $60 per night. The position is suited to someone who enjoys independent, active work and wants additional income.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance listing the worker as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
