About The Position

Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to community dumpsters. The role follows a short evening schedule, typically taking 1–2 hours per night, five nights per week. Trash Valets work independently outdoors in all weather conditions and help keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. The position pays $55 per night, with weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit. Applicants may be considered for current or upcoming routes in their area.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
• Smartphone.
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos using the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment.
