Trash Valet
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from residents’ 96-gallon totes in apartment communities and transport them to the community dumpster. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions, following safety guidelines, and using a company app to take and upload photos. The position is presented as a side job for someone with an open-bed pickup truck who enjoys staying active and working independently. The schedule is Sunday and Thursday mornings, with an 11 a.m. start time. Shifts typically last 1–2 hours per day, or around 2–8 hours per week. Pay is $70 per night, paid weekly on Fridays by direct deposit. Gloves, safety vests, and other protective gear are provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
